O'Grady was part of the Witness Clean-up Crew from the Keller Chemical Plant run out of the police station by Poe. He went along with Poe and a few others to kill the survivors at Kent High School, and was ultimately killed by Diesel Turner to save the life of Grover Jones.
He is played by actor Arthur Keng.
Pre-Season[]
It is assumed that O'Grady worked at Keller Chemical Plant before the disaster, because he was kept alive afterwards to be a part of the team Poe was leading out of the police station, and he came with her to kill the survivors in Kent High School.
Season 2[]
Trespass[]
O'Grady enters the school, having followed LaShawn back, as a part of Poe's team. They split up to clear the building.
When Grover Jones and Barrett McIntyre leave the classroom the group was hiding in they encounter O'Grady coming down the hall, though thankfully he doesn't see them. Grover decides to distract him by slamming a locker nearby and hiding in the bathroom. Once O'Grady has gone around the corner Grover tries to head back to Barrett, but O'Grady stops him. O'Grady tries to force Grover onto his knees at gunpoint, but Grover shows him Retrieval Target photo that he found in John Collins's bag, and O'Grady lowers the gun saying that changes things. But just as O'Grady is lowering his gun Diesel Turner sneaks up from behind and bashes in his head with the baseball bat with nails. Grover tells him to stop, but O'Grady is already dead.

Poe was his coworker, and presumably his commanding officer, as he followed her orders when they were inside Kent High School. They presumably worked together at the Keller Chemical Plant before it blew up and were both trustworthy enough to know the real reason for the explosion.
