There is a problem with parsing the infoboxFelicity is one of the 6 survivors that Grover Jones found in the local drugstore. She had been working at the Hardware store across the street during the Keller Chemical Plant explosion, and had tried to get people to stay inside, but no one listened to her. She moved across the street into the drugstore, where she stayed with her group, until Grover found them while looking for antibiotics.
She is portrayed by actor Joy Osmanski.

Pre-Season[]
Felicity worked at the local Hardware Store prior to the Keller Chemical Plant explosion, and had been at work on the Saturday of the explosion. She attempted to save her co-workers and customers, but they all left against her advice, and she moved into the drugstore across the street and met up with Zane Hiatt, Anka and Oliver Keller, Red, and Sadie. They decided to stay in the drugstore since it was stocked with supplies.
Season 2[]
Once Zane is sure that Grover Jones is not a threat he calls to Felicity, Red, Sadie, Anka, and Oliver that it is safe to come out. He explains that Felicity has been in the drugstore since the explosion because she worked in the hardware store across the street, and that he picked the others up along the way. They ask Grover where he's staying, then ask if they can join him at Kent High School. He is initially hesitant but Zane convinces him and he agrees.
Barrett McIntyre and Zoe Parker hear a noise and head over to one of the classrooms. They look inside to see Felicity and the rest of her group unpacking. Grover appears behind them saying he got the meds for LaShawn Devereux.
Barrett argues with Grover about bringing Felicity's group back to the school, saying they have limited resources and they don't know these people.
Zoe goes in to meet the group, and they all introduce themselves. Felicity explains that she worked across the street from the drugstore and she tried to keep people inside, but they panicked and wouldn't listen.
Violet Adams and Zoe show the group to the fallout shelter, where they'll be sleeping. Anka isn't very pleased with the accommodations but Felicity says that the beds are nice and more comfortable than the look.
While the group argues about what to do with the guns, Felicity sits back with Red and Sadie, not wanting to get involved.Felicity finds Diesel Turner in a classroom, and says she's been looking for him. She notices that he has a box of random possessions and realizes that he took them off of dead freaks. She talks about the time that her brother took her son hunting, and he got a buck. She says that her son never went again because killing something didn't feel as good as he thought, and that they shouldn't be killing the freaks. Diesel asks her if she would want to kill one if it ate her son, and she answers that of course she would want to but that doesn't mean that she should. He rolls his eyes at her and guesses that her son wasn't in the Valley when all of this happened. She protests that that isn't what this is about and he laughs saying it is. He asks her where her son lives, and Felicity answers that he lives in Pittsburg. Diesel tells her to come back to him when she has lost everyone, and she answers that her husband turned and killed her daughter. He calls them monsters and she tells him that they're still gods creatures, that there's something human in them. She tries to give him the crucifix necklace from the box, but he tells her he's good.
When Grover and Barrett discover that the guns are missing they send Diesel to go look for Felicity and Red.
Diesel goes upstairs looking for them, and comes across Felicity, he asks what she's doing upstairs and she answers that she was reading, but came up to use the bathroom. He answers that now they have to find Red.
They turn down one of the halls and Diesel points at Red's skateboard, which is lying in the middle of he hallway, they head towards it but Diesel hears a noise from the principals office and goes to check it out, leaving Felicity to go in the other direction. Felicity notices that the skateboard is missing its hind wheels and speeds up. As Diesel heads into the office, Felicity notices that one of the lockers next to the skateboard is dripping blood and approaches it. When she opens it she finds Red's body shoved into it, and screams for Diesel, which makes Jake take the chance and run. Diesel decides to go help her, and lets Jake get away.
In the fallout shelter they wrap Felicity in a blanket and give her some tea. She says that Red was a sweet boy who was sensitive despite his skater look. Barrett asks if they can be sure that the guy Diesel saw was the one who took the guns, and Diesel says that he was hauling a duffel bag. He tells them that the man broke the chain on the east wing and left the building, saying he wouldn't even be down here if he wasn't sure he was gone. They decide to let Sadie and Zane out of the cage but say they can't trust the Kellers, and leave them in it. As Sadie comes out Felicity gives her a hug.As the group interrogates Anka and Oliver, Felicity sticks up for them by saying that they aren't coldblooded killers. The group agrees with that, but Barrett says that whoever is coming to get them probably is.
Felicity, Zane, and Sadie discuss what to do with the Keller twins in an empty classroom. Sadie is unsure of whether they will help them as well as themselves, Zane believes that they aren't bad people but he agrees that there are a lot of questions that they need to answer, while Felicity thinks they should trust them and that they can't help them if they're stuck in the cell. Zoe appears in the doorway and they startle, saying they can explain, but Zoe says they don't need to.
After Zoe has let the Keller twins out of the basement, the three of them as well as Zane, Sadie, and Felicity head to the roof. They are stopped by Barrett and Diesel who trying to tell Zoe that The Kellers are dangerous. Zoe says that that may be true but they can take her to her brothers. Sadie says that they can get everyone out of there and that Diesel and Barrett should come too. They refuse, and Oliver asks Barrett to hand over the beacon. He refuses and Anka points the gun at him asking again.
The group heads into the gymnasium and they hear a noise, Anka pulls her gun out and Zoe warns her not to use it unless she has to, since the noise will draw the freaks. Felicity comforts Sadie, who is upset that Diesel isn't coming with them. Felicity tells her she shouldn't worry, since Diesel is very capable of taking care of himself.
They get to the outer doors and but there are freaks surrounding the doors. They discuss if they can get around them but decide it's best to go to the roof of the older part of the building, the only problem is that that part of the building is filled with freaks.
They cautiously go through the cramped unused hallways of the older part of the school, trying to remain as quiet as possible. Anka accidentally knocks a stack of chairs, which Zane catches, but the noise attracted a freak. Anka panics and shoots it, and the loud noise attracts many more. They start running with freaks chasing behind them, and they reach the hatch to the roof. They all get onto the roof and sit on the hatch as the freaks try to bust through, Zoe yells to Anka to call the helicopter, but when Anka tries nothing happens. Oliver opens it, and sees that there are parts missing. They realize that they can't go back through the hatch and they need to find another way into the school, and Anka and Oliver find the air vents and start crawling through yelling to everyone to follow. Zane and Zoe stay on the vent holding it shut while Felicity and Sadie take off after the twins. Zane is the last to leave the hatch, but he trips as he's running away and Felicity runs back to help him. She kills three but the others overpower her, and rip her apart.Physical Appearance[]
Felicity is a Korean-American woman, in her early 40s. She is 5'5, and has brown eyes and long wavy brown hair. She is always wearing a black and white checkered shirt, a brown coat, and dark pants.
Personality[]
Felicity was a very kind and passive religious woman. She always saw the best in everyone and tried to keep the peace as best as she could between groups. She got along easily with everyone even when their opinions didn't match her own. She was devastated when she found Red's body, and tried her best to comfort Sadie whenever she was upset.

Zane Hiatt Felicity and Zane took shelter together in the drugstore after the Keller Chemical Plant explosion. He brought Red, Sadie, Anka, and Oliver with him to the drugstore, and because he had saved them, they listened to him. Felicity and the others were happy with him being the leader of their group and caused few problems for him. She sacrifices herself for him when he falls on the roof.
Red While they didn't know each other for very long Felicity grew to care for Red, who she saw as a sweet and sensitive boy despite his skater look. Her, Red, and Sadie were the peaceful part of the drugstore survivors, going along with whatever the others decided was a good idea and not causing trouble. They got along easily, as the less vocal part of he group.
Sadie Felicity and Sadie cared for each other, even though they didn't know each other for very long. Red and them were the submissive part of the group who followed what the others said, and Sadie and Felicity grew closer after Red's death. they stuck together, Felicity even comforting Sadie when Diesel decided not to go with them, on the Kellers helicopter.
Anka Keller and Oliver Keller While Felicity didn't really like the twins she believed that they were good people. She was quick to defend them whenever someone thought they had done something and trusted that they could get everyone out of the Valley safely.
Diesel Turner Felicity liked Diesel and thought that he was a good person. They had a heart to heart about the people they had lost since the explosion and her faith. While Diesel didn't agree with her philosophy, they respected each other. When they found Red's body together Diesel decided to go help her instead of stopping Jake from getting away.
